Hiking with Dogs

Along the Wine Road you can find plenty of easy hiking tours of different lengths which are a really nice experience also with your four-legged friend. Please remember that you keep your dog on a lead also along hiking paths as required by law and scoop the poop of your dog.

Also the lakes of the Oltradige area with their stunning nature and the well-developed path network are beautiful to discover, but swimming in the lakes is not allowed: In the Monticolo Lakes dogs are not allowed to swim during the bathing season between May 15 and Sept 15, and the access for dogs to all public bathing beaches at Lake Caldaro is not allowed for hygienic reasons.
