An artistic hike

Views and insights into an old cultural landscape - a report by Günther Hiessleitner

Leave your car at home, buy a ticket and pack your backpack. Get off the train and start walking. During this hike of several days, you can admire both alpine and Mediterranean landscapes. On your way you will find numerous artworks and ideal places to meditate. This unique experience can be lived during one and the same hike that begins in the South of South Tyrol and ends in Merano. We recommend you to try it out in late autumn or in early spring when nature is particularly beautiful.
