We show you the direct way to Bolzano, the main town of South Tyrol, and the sunny villages along the Wine Road
From the north via the Brennero Pass:
- Brennero Motorway A22 to the exit "Bolzano Sud"
- Merano-Bolzano highway called MeBo, passing a tunnel, to the 1st exit "Appiano"
- if you follow the state road to the right, you reach the southern villages on the Wine Road: Caldaro, Termeno, Cortaccia, Magrè, Cortina, and so on
- if you follow the state road to the left, you reach the town of Bolzano
- if you continue on the highway MeBo towards Merano, you reach the exit "Terlano-Andriano" and afterwards "Nalles", the northernmost village on the South Tyrolean Wine Road
From the south via the Trentino:
- Brennero Motorway A22 to the exit "Egna-Ora-Termeno"
- follow the Wine Road towards south (Cortaccia, Magrè, Cortina, Salorno) or
- follow the Wine Road towards north (Termeno, Caldaro, Appiano, Bolzano)
- between Appiano and Bolzano there is the entrance to the Merano-Bolzano highway (MeBo)
- 1st exit MeBo towards Merano (west): "Terlano-Andriano" - 2nd exit: "Nalles"
- 1st exit MeBo towards Bolzano (east): motorway entrance "Bolzano Sud" and town of Bolzano
From the west via the Resia Pass:
- state road Passo Resia-Merano
- Merano-Bolzano highway called MeBo towards Bolzano
- exit "Nalles", afterwards follows the exit "Terlano-Andriano"
- exit "Appiano": turn right to reach the villages in the southern part of the Wine Road
- exit "Appiano": turn left to reach the town of Bolzano
From the east via the Val Pusteria valley:
- state road San Candido-Varna/Bressanone
- Brennero Motorway A22 to the exit "Bolzano Sud"
- then follow the instructions above "From the north via the Brennero Pass"
