Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
You have no right to withdraw under the terms of the consumer protection act. We will however grant a right of withdrawal based on the following cancellation policies in concordance with art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival.
For cancellations from 3 months to 3 weeks before arrival we keep the deposit, if the flat can no be reoccupied for this period.
In case of cancellation within the last 3 weeks before arrival we charge 70% of the booking price.
In case of non-appearance of the guest or late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booking price.
In the event of cancellation or transfer of the deposit, we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of €30.00.
