Dear guest, what if something happens? If you can’t start your holiday or need to return early, protect yourself and simply book travel insurance.
HGV cancellation cover insures you if you are unable to start your trip or if you have to interrupt it and start your booked stay late.
If you wish to subscribe to our cancellation insurance, you can create your insurance policy directly online.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code, however we guarantee the following cancellation conditions:
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival there are no additional cancellation costs.
In case of cancellation within 30-15 days before arrival, a fee equal to 40% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 14-8 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a penalty of
cancellation equal to 70% of the total amount booked but not used,
unused days.
