Campi al Lago is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Caldaro, below the Castelchiaro castle at 216 m a.s.l
Castelchiaro, reflected in the waters of Lake Caldaro, is the eye-catcher number one in Campi al Lago. The little village consists of several buildings and farms that are located one next to the other at the lakeside. This quiet protected area between mountain slopes and water make Campi al Lago an exclusive holiday destination.
In the village, there are no churches and shops, the view on Lake Caldaro and the vineyards is simply breathtaking.
Actually the eastern border of Lake Caldaro and thus also Campi al Lago already belong to the municipality of Vadena, but due to its vicinity to Caldaro village, the inhabitants feel more attracted to Caldaro than to Vadena.
